    Our Age Well service is here to help you stay active, independent, and connected to your community. Whether you’re looking for social activities, help getting out and about, advice on staying well, or just someone to talk to about what support is available – we’re here for you.

    We offer:

    Friendly advice and support tailored to your needs

    Help building confidence to get out and about

    Information on local groups, services, and activities

    Support to reduce isolation and improve wellbeing

    Help accessing health improvement services to boost your health, mobility, and confidence

    Support to overcome any challenges that might be making it harder to take positive steps for your health and wellbeing

It’s a relaxed chance to meet the team, have a brew, and learn more about the support we offer – no pressure, just a warm welcome. (Alternating weeks from 3rd April 2025)
