Here at Halton and St Helens Voluntary and Community Action, we want to help you in the way that is best for you. Here is a snapshot of the services you can take advantage of:

Training and Development 
Our training team provides services including access to the rolling programme of training and tailored courses on an array of issues relevant to the needs of local groups. They range from one-off training sessions to accredited courses.

Funding
We can help groups to find and apply for funding. This includes access to Funderfinder software packages through the Funding Information Points, help with completing application forms, plus suggestions about where to look for sources of funding.

Information and Advice
Halton & St Helens VCA has a library of books, magazines and information detailing good practice for the voluntary and community sector. We can give information and advice to groups on various topics including legal, constitutional, employment, financial and HR matters. Contact us for more information

Practical Support
We offer practical services to organisations including photocopying, equipment loans, meeting room hire and special mailings. You can find out more in our membership offer booklet

Liaison and Representation
Our Chief Executive, Sally Yeoman, makes sure our sector is represented at key strategic forums and networks in Halton and St Helens. We are also active members of VS6, ensuring our sector is represented at the Liverpool City Region-level. Contact Sally to find out more.

We produce a bi-weekly e-bulletin for organisations/individuals. Keep up to date with our activities and new initiatives, funding and training, local, regional and national news.
