  • Online Menopause Support Group

Every Wednesday 11am | Cost: Free

Nightstop Communities Northwest are currently running an online Menopause Support group every Wednesday at 11am.

This is a support group for members of the community who are either going through the menopause, have experienced it, or would like to know more about it to support family or loved ones who are experiencing.

This is a very informal session, allowing everyone to come together to discuss symptoms, side effects, tried and tested medication, herbal remedies or share stories, everyone is welcome.

Our menopause support group has gotten off to a fantastic start, and we're still always looking to welcome new women each week. Whether you are going through the menopause, want to know what to look out for, or you just want to be able to talk to people who understand your position, our group is open to all!
We will be uploading the next link for joining on Wednesday.

If you would like to be added to our mailing list then please email mhsupport@ncnw.co.uk or reception@ncnw.co.uk
