  • LCR Cares – Digital Inclusion Fund

     

    The Liverpool City Region Combined Authority with the VS6 Partnership has launched the LCR Cares Digital Inclusion Fund to support community and voluntary organisations who are able to provide digital support and skills development for local residents who face additional social and economic barriers. The aim of the fund is to provide grants that either support practical digital skills engagement or capacity building for staff/volunteers to support provision (or a combination of both). Applicants must be based in Halton, Sefton or St Helens.

  • Important New DHSC Grant Funding News

     

    Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC) are launching a £10 million grant fund in the next few months, open to any voluntary, community or social enterprise organisation seeking funding for projects or activities related to suicide prevention and supporting those affected by suicide, across 2023-24 to 2024-25.

    Halton’s community groups are being invited to apply for grants to support projects which are focused on improving the health and wellbeing of Halton’s residents.

    One Halton - the borough’s health and care partnership - has launched its Health and Wellbeing Grant scheme to enable groups and projects to support local people to live longer and healthier lives.

  • Lloyds Bank Foundation - Local Collaborations Grant

     

    This programme will support collaborations led by small charities seeking to influence and achieve local or regional change around improving the social security system, improving access to suitable accommodation, and support for asylum seekers and refugees. Collaborations can apply for grants of £100,000 over two years.

    This programme is aimed at supporting impactful collaborations that are led by small and local charities that have the specialist knowledge, compassion for people, and the drive to push for long lasting change.
