  • Meditation

    A weekly meditation session.
    Come, relax and unwind for an hour at 130 Napier street, St.Helens.

    Calming music and guided meditations each week to allow you to connect with yourself. When we stop and take time to meditate we can start to discover ourselves and how amazing we really are. We can reduce our stress and improve our lives.

    I’ve meditated almost daily for the last 10 years, I’m a qualified meditation instructor a Reiki master and I use sound, colour and crystals in my work.

    This is ideal for beginners along with people who have a little practice too.

  • Men Helping Men- Talking Group

    First Monday of month 19.30 to 21.00 | Cost: Free

    For all men struggling with their mental health. Group is for men to talk to other men in the same or similar position, make new friends and find a good support network. Guest speakers and talking sessions, with the occasional bit of gaming.

    Men of St. Helens, Lets Get Talking - Men's Mental Health Matters!

    Apex Trust are holding a weekly Men's Group at our Plan Bee Community Coffee shop every Tuesday 10:00am-12:00pm. Enjoy a coffee, chat and brunch on us. The team will be on hand to listen and provide 1-2-1 support for mental health concerns.

  • Men's Shed Group Talks

    Thursday | Cost: Paid

    Men’s Shed Group Talks are for men to discuss a variety of topics that can help improve their health and wellbeing. Discussions are impartial, independent, non-judgmental and non-discriminatory. Introductory sessions are being held on Thursday 21st September and Thursday 5th October at 11-2pm.

    The group is open to men aged 18 and over from Halton and surrounding areas. Subs will be £3 per session and includes tea/coffee and biscuits. Any money over will be spent on activities for the group. As this is a new group, new ideas for group activities such a trips, photography, art, joinery, learning a new instrument, job application tips are welcome!
