  • Halton Cancer Support - 5K The Centre Way 2025

     

    '5K The Centre Way' is a community activity where anyone can join in, in any way they can. This includes, walking, jogging, running, those with mobility aids such as mobility scooters and wheelchairs.

    It is a fun family day where Halton Cancer Support bring together local groups, individuals and supporters of their work to promote the services they offer, showcase local community groups and fundraise for their charitable work.

    They also turn 30 this year so it is an extra special occasion!


    This event is open to all in the community.

  • Kitchen Team Member (Evenings and Mornings)

     

    Catalyst Science Discovery Centre and Museum has been successfully trading for over 30 years. Their aim is to inform, educate and inspire the widest audience about the relevance of Science Technology Engineering and Maths (STEM), chemistry and related industries.

    They welcomed over 70 groups a year on sleepovers. Both schools and uniform groups spend the night in the museum.  As part of the package, they are served a meal at night and in the morning.
