Job Description:
As Learning Host, you will work to deliver the museum’s learning programme for school groups, and will also support the delivery of family-friendly activities during school holidays. You’ll also have the opportunity to support delivery in other areas of the museum throughout the year.
The ability to follow session plans is important for school visits, to ensure learning outcomes are met, as is an enthusiastic and friendly attitude. The learning programme includes activity both on and offsite, although the majority of activity will take place at the museum and outside in the museum's grounds.
Where appropriate, you will be supported by other team members, including volunteers, but you should be confident leading session delivery (training will be provided).
