Right To Succeed are inviting applications from organisations interested in designing and delivering provision that supports young people in Parr who are NEET (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) or at risk of becoming NEET. Funding of up to £38,700 is available across three workstreams, each with a maximum of £12,900:
- NEET Prevention (Year 9 & 10 RONI Students)
- Post-16 NEET Offer
- Functional Skills Offer (English, Maths, Digital)
They are hoping to award multiple contracts for each workstream to maximise impact and reach. Therefore, when creating your bid they ask that you do not bid for the full amount.
Successful applicants will deliver new provision between November 2025 – August 2026, working in partnership with existing services in the area. This is an opportunity to make a real difference to the lives of young people in Parr by raising aspirations, providing practical pathways into education, employment or training, and addressing barriers to participation.
Applications are now open. Attached below you will find the 'Information Pack' and an 'Application Form' to complete.
The deadline for submissions is Friday 17th October 2025 at 6pm. Please note that late applications cannot be accepted.
For full details, including eligibility criteria, specifications, and the application process, please see the Application Information Pack and Application Form attached.
They are also offering 1:1 support sessions for interested organisations on the following dates:

- 7th October (10am–4pm)
