Public Service Reform: Improving Public Services in Partnership in Liverpool City Region – Part 2
Following a successful in-person event earlier this year, the VS6 Partnership, in collaboration with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority, is hosting a second joint event focused on public service reform.
This upcoming session, to be held online, will bring together representatives from the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector across the Liverpool City Region. The event aims to build on the insights and discussions from the initial gathering, offering a deeper exploration of the sector’s role in shaping and delivering public services.

The VS6 Partnership, in collaboration with YMCA St Helens, has published a new report exploring the critical role of the voluntary, community, faith, and social enterprise (VCFSE) sector in tackling housing and homelessness across the Liverpool City Region.

The VS6 Partnership are pleased to publish their latest report developed in collaboration with the Liverpool City Region Combined Authority and the LCR VCFSE sector: “Sustainable and Affordable Food for Liverpool City Region: Recommendations for Change”.
VS6 UK-SPF Update For The Sector

Following on from the VS6 “UK Shared Prosperity Fund: Making the case for Liverpool City Region's VCFSE Sector” event held in May, the VS6 Partnership have continued to strive to work with the Combined Authority to shape the Liverpool City Region’s UK-SPF investment plan. Place based VCFSE leaders from our CVSs have also been working with local authority colleagues to advocate for the sector at a local level.
