Vision for Adult Social Care in St Helens

St Helens Council have recently commissioned an organisation called Capacity to carry out some work around building the vision for Adult Social Care in St Helens.

To start this they need to get a strong understanding of people’s thoughts on local care and support, with an eye on what it should look and feel like in the future.

They want to hear the thoughts and feelings of people being supported, their friends and family, and also the people within your teams as a trusted external provider. Therefore, they're asking if you could share a number of key surveys and workshop opportunities to your colleagues, your clients and wherever possible their families. This will help them to hear a range of voices and ideas and build the department’s future plans from them.

The survey can be found here:

Below is attached a PDF that you can share amongst your clients and their families to promote the surveys and workshops.

They know online surveys don’t work for everyone, so they've also included a range of other ways to feedback including a voicemail box and an address to send letters to. We’ve also attached a printable copy of the survey that you and your clients are very welcome to print-off, fill in and return to them. Alternatively, Capacity will happily arrange collection of these and can answer any other questions you might have. Just get in touch with the team using loudandclear@thisiscapacity.co.uk.
