Citizens Advice St Helens have been successful in obtaining funding from United Utilities to support expectant parents and families with children under the age of one. They also have scope to support families' with children up to the age of 5 if you have any water issues.
They can provide information and guidance on a wide variety of topics including employment, family and relationship, housing, managing debts and budgeting, understanding welfare benefits etc. The advice is tailored to the clients needs.
They can also support with dealing with water arrears, applying for social tariffs and trust funds.
