St Helens Mind has an Allotment Family Open Day this Friday 29th July 11 am to 3pm, so people can meet the team, enjoy the fab surroundings and find out more about them.
The allotment, Sound of Mind Singers, Cinema group and Music group are there for anyone who might benefit from trying something new, meeting other people, having a laugh and therefore boost your wellbeing.
