St Helens Sports Community Network – Next Event at Target Fitness

Our next St Helens Sports Community Network event will be hosted at Target Fitness, located in the heart of St Helens.

Target Fitness is run by Dan, a personal trainer and former Legionnaire soldier whose journey is a powerful example of resilience and determination. After sustaining a major operational injury — including a broken back, broken neck and serious damage to his left leg — Dan spent nine months in a hospital bed followed by six months of intensive rehabilitation. His lived experience of overcoming adversity now shapes the inclusive, supportive ethos at Target Fitness.

This event continues our commitment to rotating Community Sports Network meetings across different community-based sporting venues throughout the St Helens borough. By doing so, we aim to give members the opportunity to experience a wide range of local facilities, connect with grassroots organisations, and better understand the diverse sporting and wellbeing offers available within our communities.

We look forward to welcoming network members to Target Fitness for what promises to be an inspiring and informative session, rooted in community, collaboration and shared learning.

If your organisation supports sport, physical activity, or community wellbeing in any way, we’d love you to join us—your voice is important.

When: Friday 13th February 1PM to 3PM

Where: Target Fitness, Unit 8, Chalon Way East, St Helens, WA10 1AU
