Their current Patient Experience Strategy is up for review. To support the creation of the new Patient Experience Strategy for 2022 to 2025 they want to share with you their proposed objectives to take on board your thoughts to ensure that the new strategy is fit for purpose and supports the diverse communities that they serve.
They would like to welcome you on Monday 7th November 2022 to attend one of their focus groups workshops where they will present their proposed strategy and give you the opportunity to share your thoughts, recommendations and experiences.
