    NHS Talking Therapies offers free NHS therapy for people with common mental health problems like anxiety or depression, to help you change the way you feel by changing the way you think.

    When you have your first assessment appointment with a member of the team, you will have plenty of time to talk through the treatment options in more detail to help you decide which one is right for you.

  • Mersey Care Public and Patient Engagement On-line Session Warrington and Halton

     

    Mersey Care are holding a series of meetings for service users, their carers and members of the public. 

    They are holding an On-line session for Warrington and Halton service users on Friday 1 March 2024, new start time 13:00pm – 15:00pm. (Zoom details will be forwarded upon registration).

    This will be an opportunity to meet with senior leaders from across Mersey Care and discuss your experience of their services and their plans for service improvements.

    Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is working in collaboration with the Improving Me Local Maternity System in Cheshire & Merseyside and Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to deliver the maternal mental health service which supports local communities to access treatment and care if they’ve experienced loss, distress or trauma during pregnancy and birth.

  • National Self Care Week 2021

    Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, one of the largest community and mental health trusts in the North West, has developed a range of resources to help residents stay healthy during this winter and beyond.

     At the start of the National Self Care Week 2021, Mersey Care is marking the awareness campaign by promoting the support available to families and communities in line with the national theme of ‘choose self care for life.’
