Halton Borough Council are currently reviewing the Living Well in Halton guide and would like to ask for input from yourselves as people with lived experience, or coordinator's of groups of people with lived experience.
The attached document tells you what the guide is about, as well as how and why it has been developed. Individuals and groups are invited to give some feedback on this document, and a feedback form has been provided for ease of doing this.
HBC would like to invite you to take a look at this document, offer your own thoughts, or work with others you know, to consider how it might be improved.
Emma, Emma.Bragger@halton.gov.uk, is happy to come and introduce the document to any groups if that would help, and she has given a deadline for feedback as Friday 10th April.
