We're Hiring: PART TIME 28hrs pw - Live Well Directory Development & Support Officer 
📍 Location: St Helens
💼 Organisation: Halton & St Helens Voluntary & Community Action (VCA)
💰 Salary: £22,120 per annum (Actual Salary - 28hrs pw)
📅 Closing Date: 12 noon 7th NOVEMBER 2025

Are you passionate about community engagement and making a real difference in people’s lives? Join our team at Halton & St Helens VCA as a Live Well Directory Development & Support Officer and help us grow and maintain a vital resource that connects local people to the services they need.

🔍 About the Role:

You’ll be at the heart of developing and supporting the Live Well Directory, a comprehensive online resource with over 900 service listings. Your role will involve:

  • Building relationships with local organisations to expand and update the Directory.
  • Coordinating monthly themed events to promote services and community engagement.
  • Managing and maintaining the Directory’s content using our Information Management System.
  • Supporting strategic meetings and partnership work across the borough and region.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Experience in event planning and engagement.
  • Confidence in using digital tools and managing online content.
  • A passion for community development and inclusive practice.

💡 Desirable:

  • Experience with tools like Mailchimp, Canva, and Microsoft Office.
  • Project management or ICT qualifications.
