Healthwatch St Helens are looking for a new team member to support engagement and communication work with local people, patients and partners.
Healthwatch St Helens is the local watchdog for health and social care services, helping people to get the best out of local services, whether it’s improving them today or helping to shape them for tomorrow. Local Healthwatch is all about local voices being able to influence the delivery and design of local services. Not just people who use them, but anyone who might need to in the future.

Healthwatch St Helens Project Support Officer
36 hours a week, £25,286 per annum
In this role you will be supporting a wider team encouraging local people to share their views about health and social care services, You will support with maintaining our ongoing social media presence and organising, promoting and running events in our communities to gather the views of local people. You will offer support to our volunteers and promote volunteering opportunities. You will be responsible for handling email and telephone enquiries, directing those enquiries and for general admin activities.
