Halton Borough Council has launched a new survey aimed at gathering crucial feedback on the adult drug and alcohol treatment and recovery service provided by Change, Grow, Live (CGL). The initiative is a key part of the council's ongoing contract review process.
The brief survey, designed to take approximately five minutes, targets professionals who refer to, or collaborate with, CGL's services. Its primary purpose is to assess how effectively the service is performing and how well it integrates with other organisations within the community.
"Your insights are crucial for improving collaborative efforts and ensuring positive outcomes for service users," stated a council spokesperson.
The findings from this survey will be combined with information from other data collection methods to create a comprehensive picture of CGL's contract performance. This will enable Halton Borough Council to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement, informing future commissioning decisions for these vital services.

The final day for responses will be 15 August 2025.
