  • Armed Forces Covenant Fund Programme 2024/25

     

    The Armed Forces Covenant Fund Trust (the Trust) has launched the first Covenant Fund programme under its exciting three-year Funding Framework.

    Serving Families: On the Move is now open for applications for grants of up £120,000 for two-to-three-year projects that will improve the quality of life for Service families impacted by relocation as a direct result of Service life.

  • Active Futures Programme

    Cheshire Community Foundation are delighted to announce a new grant programme, delivered in partnership with the Office of Police and Crime Commissioner for Cheshire and Active Cheshire. This programme will fund projects delivering early intervention and diversionary activities for young people at risk of involvement in Child Criminal Exploitation and Serious Youth Violence. Applicants can apply for up to £25,000 for costs delivering work with Children and Young People aged 0-18.

  • Halton Family Fund - Applications Open

     

    Halton Family Hubs support children and young people from birth until they reach the age of 19 (or up to 25 for young people with special educational needs and disabilities).

    Since February 2024, they have been working with parents to find out what supports their wellbeing during pregnancy and through the perinatal period and now they want to fund projects and ideas that create more of the good stuff!

  • FUNDING OPPORTUNITIY - Youth Empowerment Scheme (St Helens)

    The scheme, delivered by the Community Foundation for Merseyside (CFM) in partnership with the Police and Crime Commissioner for Merseyside (PCC) and the Merseyside Violence Reduction Partnership (MVRP), is targeted at community projects that offer diversionary activities- particular those that include arts, culture and sports to support young people aged under 25 years who may be more vulnerable to experiencing violence and at risk of anti-social behaviour.
