Halton Borough Council are working in partnership with Lewis Carroll Visitor Centre in Daresbury and several other community stakeholders to update the Lewis Carroll Walking Trail.
We have secured funds to include a Mural for our “Curious about Carroll” project funded through Ineos Environment Fund and we would like to share this opportunity to local artists and their cultural networks.
