Adult Line Dancing

Every Thursday 6.30pm – 8.30pm | Paid

£2.00 per session. An opportunity to meet new friends and have fun in an active and lively line dancing session that will increase fitness and overall sense of wellbeing.

Over 60's Social

First Thursday of month 1pm-3pm | Paid

Bingo, quizzes, card games with tea, coffee and biscuits. Cost is £2 plus £1 if playing bingo.

Pilates

Every Friday 9.30am – 10.30am | Paid

£2.00 per session. Trim and tone your body the gentle way. For all, whether you want to improve physical mobility, stretch tight muscles or find new ways to challenge your mind and body, improve balance and stretching.
