Help older people across Halton, St Helens, Warrington and Knowsley live independently, improve their wellbeing and stay connected to their communities.
About the role
As a Living Well Officer, you will be a welcoming first point of contact for older people, carers and professionals. You will connect individuals with local activities and services, support their goals and help deliver community groups and wellbeing sessions.
About you
- Experience supporting adults in a community, health, wellbeing or social care setting
- Excellent communication, listening and relationship-building skills
- Experience supporting groups, activities or community sessions
- A person-centred approach and the ability to travel independently across the area
