As part of the Merseyside Resilience Forum Funding Pilot Warning & Informing workstream and to improve and enhance engagement with the public and communities within Merseyside, the University of Liverpool have been commissioned to undertake a Customer Insight Survey on behalf of the MRF. The purpose of this study is to understand public perceptions of emergency preparedness and how they would like to be informed of potential risks in their local community. Findings of this research will be fed back to Merseyside Resilience Forum to inform their approach to warning and informing the public.
