Halton & St Helens Voluntary and Community Action are at the end of a 3 year lottery funded project and are in currently working with an independent consultant on its evaluation.
They have produced a general online survey that would take approximately 5 -6 minutes to complete. It contains some questions specifically about health inequality, is anonymous and will really help us think about how we can continue to develop support for the sector.
