New Podcast Platform to Tackle Mental Wellbeing and Break the Silence
A new community-focused podcast platform is set to launch in June 2026, aiming to create safe, inclusive spaces for open conversations around mental wellbeing, suicide survival, and lived experience.
Developed by Surviving the Silence CIC, the initiative will bring together individuals, community organisations, and professionals to share honest stories and promote understanding, recovery, and hope.
Through a mix of podcast and vodcast content, live events, and community-led sessions, the platform will offer opportunities for people to listen, share their journeys, and connect with others who have similar experiences. Planned activities include peer support events, awareness sessions, guest speakers, and interactive workshops.
With a strong emphasis on compassion, inclusion, and trauma-informed approaches, Surviving the Silence CIC aims to help reduce stigma and ensure that people feel heard, supported, and less alone.
Further details on how to access and participate in the podcast will be released soon.
