Nominate Someone For An Honour Or Award

Do you know someone who stands out by the work or volunteering they do to make life better for people and communities?

The Lord-Lieutenant is the King’s representative in Merseyside and is committed to ensuring that anyone from Merseyside who has made a positive difference at a local, regional or national level, for the benefit of others, should be nominated for the award of a UK Honour such as a BEM, MBE, OBE, CBE or higher.

The process which leads to receipt of an Honour depends, heavily, on nominations originating from the public so if you know anyone who stands out as having made life better for other people, in your local community, or your Borough, or on a wider regional or even national stage please consider nominating them.

There are so many outstanding people in Merseyside who should be being recognised for their public service, but we need your active involvement to make sure they do not go unrecognised.
