St Helens Wellbeing Service have asked us to share a new brief (confidential) questionnaire about loneliness and social isolation that has has originated from the Loneliness & Social Isolation Working Group in the St Helens area.
The survey is to investigate the prevalence of social isolation & loneliness in the community setting. The questionnaire should not take you more than 5 minutes to complete & all your responses will be pseudo-anonymous.
