Everyone at VCA is devastated to learn about the passing of our former Chair, friend & supporter of the St Helens VCSE sector, Jean Mulford.
Jean was our Chair for over 20 years & played a huge role in our success. She was the former Vice-Principal of St Helens College, Trustee of Homestart St Helens and many of the Borough’s disability groups.
We send our condolences to Jean’s family at this very sad time.
