Announcement from Halton Housing Trust
It's their 20th anniversary this December, and to mark this special milestone, they're launching '20 for 20' — an exciting initiative designed to give back to the communities they serve.
They’ll be awarding £1,000 each to 20 inspiring community projects or initiatives that are making a real difference locally. This opportunity is open to groups and organisations whose work aligns with the themes and priorities in their corporate plan, 'Our Future Focus: 2025–28'.
They are looking for applications from projects that support:
🏘️ Community Improvements (e.g. safety, shared spaces)
❤️ Health and Wellbeing
💼 Access to Employment, Skills and Training
👧 Opportunities for Children and Young People
🤝 Promoting Social Inclusion (e.g. loneliness, support groups)
💻 Promoting Digital and Online Skills
🔥 Hardship Support (e.g. welfare, fuel poverty, cost of living)
💡 Other impactful community-focused ideas
