Sefton CVS is seeking to recruit a Volunteer Coordinator on its Include-IT Mersey digital inclusion project, funded by the European Social Fund and National Lotter Community Fund as part of its Building Better Opportunities programme. This full-time post covers the six boroughs of the Liverpool City Region, providing an excellent opportunity to work with a range of voluntary sector organisations and volunteers to help support the project’s work. The role presents an fantastic opportunity to help shape the volunteering element of the project, building on its excellent achievements to date; and will be a perfect opportunity for a motivated, self-starter with a passion for volunteering.
Initially, the post is funded until March 2023, when the current funding ends. Whilst there are no guarantees, there is potential of continuation for a further year through another funding stream that is currently being explored. More clarity on the longer-term funding position will be known later in 2022.
