Hope At Home

Hope at Home is a small charity that supports survivors of modern slavery and trafficking through a hosting programme.

They are looking for volunteer hosts who have a spare bedroom and the kindness and generosity to give a survivor of slavery a safe place to live for up to 6 months.

Hosting Coordinators will provide full training and support to all hosts before, during and after placements.

Hosts are asked to offer a spare bedroom and shared living facilities (e.g. kitchen, bathroom and laundry) but hosts are not expected to do any support work with guests other than making them feel welcome and safe.

If you have a spare bedroom in your home and think that you would like to give a survivor of slavery a safe place to live with full support from Hope at Home, please contact Ruth on 07566 778366 or ruth@hopeathome.org.uk who will be very happy to explain more about hosting and answer any questions.
