As part of the ongoing work on the Local Nature Recovery Strategy within the Liverpool City Region, a workshop is being held at Mann Island on Mon, 18 Mar 2024 13:15 - 16:00 to discuss the diverse natural landscapes across the region.
The session will focus on gathering your thoughts about the opportunities, challenges and, priorities for the Liverpool City Region Ecological Network (lcreconet.uk)main habitats that make-up Liverpool City Region.
Professionals and volunteer naturalists, outdoor community projects (e.g. health walks, mindfulness, bushcraft), Friends of groups, in bloom, gardening and, community land managers are encouraged to get involved. To gather representation from a broad spectrum of people, they would encourage a maximum of 2 members from each interested group to attend.
Teas and coffees will be provided, and the session will run for roughly 2.5 hours, there will be time at the end to network, and highlight sites you feel are important on their map.
