Connect Sisters - Funded Mental Health & Wellbeing Support for Women

Connect Sisters, delivered by Fuel Community Café CIC, is a funded mental health and wellbeing programme supporting women aged 18+ across the community.

The programme brings together two complementary forms of support: six funded one-to-one counselling sessions and a 12-session Group Wellbeing Programme.

The counselling service is delivered by an experienced team of therapists, who bring a range of professional qualifications, therapeutic approaches and clinical experience.

Alongside individual counselling, the Group Wellbeing Programme provides a welcoming and supportive space where women can connect with others, build confidence and resilience, and develop practical tools to support their mental wellbeing. Sessions explore a range of themes including stress management, confidence, social connection, positive psychology, sleep, gratitude, creativity and personal development.

The programme is professionally led, evidence-based and compassionately delivered, combining professional mental health expertise with the accessibility and warmth of a community setting.

Connect Sisters is currently accepting referrals for women aged 18+ who may be experiencing anxiety, low mood or low self-esteem, isolation, caring or financial pressures, significant life changes, or who would benefit from additional support with their confidence, resilience and general wellbeing.
