Liverpool City Region Combined Authority has announced a third year of funding for the Community Environment Fund. Working with crowdfunding platform, Spacehive, green projects from across the Liverpool City Region can now run crowdfunding campaigns, with up to £30,000 available per project from the Combined Authority towards initiatives that encourage long-term behavioural change, while improving the city region’s environment and safeguarding its green spaces.
Funding:
- For small projects (under £6,000 in value), pledges of up to £5,000 are available, up to 75% of your project costs.
- For large projects (over £6,001 in value), pledges of up to £30,000 are available, up to 75% of your project costs.
*The LCR Combined Authority may pledge more than 75% of target in exceptional circumstances.
Current funding round.
The Autumn 2024 round is now open with a deadline of Thursday the 31st of October to have your project fully costed, any relevant permissions in place and your project page created on Spacehive. You must also have pitched to the Community Environment Fund by this date.
