Beyond Transformation Programme

What is the Beyond programme?

Children and young people in Cheshire and Merseyside experience poor health outcomes and health inequalities, particularly in the vulnerable groups. The Beyond programme was set up to work to improve this across the whole of the Cheshire and Mersey region, making sure services from health, local authorities, education, the voluntary sector to work together well. To do this, the programme needs to talk to parents, carers and young people, to find out what matters most to you and how best to make sure your views count.

This paper sets out how they want the Beyond programme to link into families, carers and young people. They would like to know what you think of it.

They are happy to talk to you on the phone, online or in a meeting. Or simply write your thoughts on this paper and send it back to them. They want to be sure it is right for you.

If you are happy to talk to Bev, she can be reached on bevfitzsimons@pointofcarefoundation.org.uk
