Find Your Calm

Thursday 6.30pm - 7.30pm | Free

This friendly class is suitable for those who are new to mindfulness and those who wish to deepen their practice. All are welcome! Mindfulness can be used to manage the challenges of everyday life, such as stress, anxiety or anger, and to learn to develop both calm and inner peace. The class is free to attend although you are welcome to give a donation if you can.
