On Wednesday 31st August Newton Community Centre will be hosting a free 'Let's Get Physical' event open to all!
Pop along between 11am - 3pm on the 31st August to enjoy:
• Free drop in exercise classes for all ages and abilities with St. Helens Sports Development
• Friendly advice from St. Helens Wellbeing Trainers
• Free Blood Pressure Checks
• Free Health checks
• Physical Health Information stands
• Tasty lunch specials served in the Community Cafe
