The increasing number of children and young adults who are being diagnosed with a
spectrum disorder is on the increase there complex needs and the needs of the
parents/carers who care for them are being overlook and there is not enough
provision.
The amount of wheelchair users who are socially isolated which no means of contact
on a daily basis is on the increase. Being able to mix with likeminded people and offer
and get pier support is a necessary one and one which those who need it most don’t
know where to turn or how to access this support.
Those families with a disabled child or a child with a spectrum disorder find it
constantly difficult to have family time or holidays due to the lack of provisions
available. Making sure their accommodation is wheelchair accessible or that their
accommodation has the correct level of sensory support for their child or even
themselves can be a mind field to navigate.
We aim to help anyone with a disability there they will have a safe space to engage in
a variety of activities, make friends and engage with others. To create fun and make
memories and put a smile of the faces of all who we help.
