We will do this by:  Our unique experiences with glass making  Showcasing, displaying and promoting glass artists  Our strong links with the local community we offer a wide range of activities from crafts, and school holidays activities for children, to school groups visiting, tours for visiting groups, a chance to try glass making, as well as offering volunteering to the community. while we are based in the town centre, we are a venue that aims to provide service for the whole borough, as well as the Liverpool City Region.

World of Glass Illuminate (Session for families and their under 5's)

Free

Together we will be exploring glass objects in our museum and imaging them as bigger shapes. What could we do with them? Could they become a big climbing frame? or a giant slide? How do certain colours make us feel? what do our faces look like when we feel happy?

As part of 'The Big Draw festival' we are creating our own colourful shapes on the world outside by drawing onto our glass bridge. What colour will you choose?

This is a free event. You will only need to book a free ticket for your child, adults are free.

Please do contact us at events@worldofglass.com if you would like any extra details.
