Elements of provision: • Vibe Connected - Community based engaging sessions for young people. • Vibe Targeted - Needs and issue-based referral programmes including NEET, Short Breaks and Youth Voice. • Vibe Programmes - Structured themed programmes shaped by young people including Social action and health programmes. • Vibe Outdoors –Licensed to deliver a comprehensive menu of adventurous activities including AALA and LOtC. Vibe work with young people to improve their relationships, with themselves, with their peers, and with the wider community. We support young people to identify areas of their lives where they have issues and offer positive support as well as signposting them to services which will benefit them. With a proven specialist track record and passion of effectively engaging with young people, our methodology positively adapts to the direct needs of a wide spectrum of individuals. We strive to ensure the offer we deliver, is what the young people want/need to develop pathways to effective engagement. Our offer is young person needs-led. The delivery plan is flexible and adaptable to ensure the young person’s needs and fun remain our priority.
