NHS Night - Halton Veterans

Halton Veterans are holding a NHS night on Friday 29th July at Halton Royal British Legion WA7 2BE. To celebrate the 1st anniversary of the NHS being awarded the George Cross for service during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mersey gateway are also lighting up the bridge with the NHS colours (Blue and white) to celebrate the 1st anniversary of the NHS being awarded the George Cross. The Mayor will be presenting the management of the NHS Brooker centre with a framed citation from her majesty the queen, including the George cross. NHS Staff and attendees will be able to get a picture of themselves with the award on the evening.

The mayor, local dignitaries and NHS staff will also be attending.
