People of all ages are being invited to take part in a series of free community dance and performing arts sessions taking place across St Helens, Knowsley and Liverpool.
Delivered through a partnership between The Black-E, See You See Me CIC and MD Productions, the sessions provide fun, inclusive and accessible creative opportunities for children, young people and adults aged 5 years and above.
The programme is about much more than dance. Through creativity and performing arts, participants can build confidence, develop new skills, improve their wellbeing, make new friendships and strengthen their connections within their local communities. No previous experience is required, and there is no pressure to perform, making the sessions suitable for complete beginners as well as those with an interest in the arts.
For participants looking to take their involvement further, opportunities are also available to progress into rehearsal programmes, live performances and a range of wider creative projects.
