People living with neurological conditions, their families and carers are invited to join Neuro Natters' friendly and supportive peer support groups, held every Monday and Thursday.
The groups provide a welcoming space where people can connect with others who understand the challenges of living with a neurological condition, share experiences, access peer support and build lasting friendships. Whether you're looking for advice, encouragement or simply a chance to meet new people in a relaxed environment, Neuro Natters offers a place where everyone is welcome.
Regular attendance can help reduce isolation, improve wellbeing and provide an opportunity to learn from others who are facing similar experiences. The sessions are informal, inclusive and open to anyone affected by neurological conditions.
Neuro Natters is currently encouraging more people to come along and take part in its Monday and Thursday groups held in the cafe on the ground floor of the Beacon Building, College St, St Helens.
If you or someone you know could benefit from support, friendship and conversation, why not get involved?
For more information about the groups, including times and locations, please see the event posters below or contact Neuro Natters.
