POSITION: Regional Manager: Fréa Mother and Baby and County Home Institutions Programme
This exciting new post will manage and deliver a tailored and specialist programme to engage, empower and support former residents of Ireland’s Mother and Baby and County Home Institutions in Ireland 1922 - 1998; now living in the North of England. The postholder will also recruit, induct and line manage a small regional team.
HOURS: Full Time 35 hours per week
PLACE OF WORK: Dependent on postholders location they will have an office base at one of the Fréa partners (Liverpool, Leeds, or Manchester). Programme delivery across the north of England.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Salary: £35411 per annum Additional Benefits: flexible working, generous annual leave, a good pension, Employee Assistance Programme.
