Looking to clear your head, meet others, or simply get moving in good company?

Join us for our new …SPACE Walks, in collaboration with Active Halton.

These walks are around 1 hour long and are open to anyone who could use a little space in their week — whether that’s to clear your head, enjoy friendly conversation, or simply get outside ?

    What’s involved:
? A gentle 1 hour walk on mostly flat and accessible paths.
? Friendly company — no pressure to talk, just come as you are.
? Optional cuppa and cake at …SPACE Runcorn Café afterwards.
? Trained Mental Health Ambassadors available if you’d like someone to chat to in the café afterwards.

Whether you’re walking for your mind, your mood, or your need to feel part of something — you’re always welcome here.

Accessibility – Walks take place on flat and accessible paths.
