Pam has a background in teaching, social administration, adult, community and family education and management. These areas of work have underpinned all her professional working life and her voluntary work in retirement. 

She is a Trustee/Director and Secretary to the Management Committee at Chain Lane Community Centre in St. Helens. 

She is also the link director from Halton & St. Helens VCA Board Healthwatch St. Helens Board.
