Values and Finding Meaning

Values are the foundations that drive us all regardless if we are aware or not in all aspects of our lives. Values influence our relationships, our customer service and our leadership style….everything. Values also change over time so it can be extremely useful to re-evaluate our own values from time to time to see how things may have changed for us and why. By having a good understanding of our values, we can gain tremendous insight, clarity and focus. Furthermore, we can use those insights and clarity to make decisions about priorities and take action that are aligned with who we are currently…….. and, importantly, who we want to be in the future.

Here at Halton & St Helens VCA we have fully qualified and experienced staff that work with individuals and organisations to explore and understand your core values using a leading online tool called AVI – A Values Inventory…

To invest in finding out about your values and how they apply meaning to what you do. The cost of accessing this services is £100 per person which includes access to the online AVI tool and a one hour one to one to discuss what you have discovered.
