Volunteer Recruitment Fair 2019 - Kingsway Campus

Description

Volunteer Recruitment Fair – Tuesday 1 October 2019, 11-2pm at Centre Stage, Kingsway Campus, Riverside College, Kingsway, Widnes WA8 7QQ

The fair will be a market place style event for the most part. However, we would like to make the event as exciting and interactive as possible, so please feel free to be creative when considering how you might engage with the general public & students.

We would request that your stand is manned for the whole time, so that the last visitor has a good experience as the first one. Also, we ask that fundraising tins etc are not put out on your stand as this is purely a recruitment fair.

We recommend that you bring your own lunch. Alternatively, refreshments can be purchased from the canteen or Costa on site.

If you are coming by car there will be free parking available in the staff car park at the college. You will be able to gain access from 10.30 am and we ask that you arrive no later than 10.45, so that everything is in place in time for our first visitors.

Just to confirm, the event will take place on Tuesday 1st October, 11-2pm, Centre Stage, Kingsway Campus, Riverside College, Kingsway, Widnes WA8 7QQ.

Places are limited, so early registration is recommended.

Please note: If travelling over the bridge and you are have not got a Halton resident pass you will need to pay a toll charge. Visit: www.merseyflow.co.u/pay-for-crossing to make a payment (you have until midnight to pay)
