Their services and activities are trauma informed and victim/survivor focused – which means that they develop and deliver services where their actions and decisions are underpinned by Judith Herman’s ground breaking ‘Trauma and Recovery’ work and the ever expanding understanding of the data and knowledge gained from the inspirational men and their loved ones they serve weekly, which has allowed them to adapt their delivery to meet the specific and identified needs of male victims/survivors using a continual feedback cycle.
